Frequently Asked Questions
This FAQ is written for the public Help Centre / website FAQ page, in plain English, based on the finalised Global Terms & Conditions (30 June 2026). It is not a substitute for the Terms & Conditions or our Privacy Notice, both of which remain the governing documents.
Getting started
Q: Who can use Glamify Me?
You must be 18 or older to create an account or use Glamify Me, wherever you live in the world. This applies globally — there is no exception by country. By creating an account, you're confirming that you're 18 or over.
Q: I think Glamify Me might have been downloaded by someone under 18 — what happens?
We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that someone under 18 has created an account, we'll take appropriate steps, which may include closing the account and deleting their personal data. If you're a parent or guardian and you believe a child has created an account, please contact us at
support@glamifyme.com so we can look into it.
Q: Do I need to create an account to use the app?
Yes. You'll need to create an account to access styling features, save your wardrobe, and get AI recommendations. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity on your account.
Q: Can I have more than one account?
No — one account per person. We may close duplicate, fraudulent, or impersonating accounts.
The app and AI features
Q: What does Glamify Me actually do?
Glamify Me helps you discover, organise and act on personal styling guidance — including AI-powered virtual try-on so you can see how clothes look on you before you buy, outfit recommendations, digitising and organising your wardrobe, body and shape guidance, occasion planning, mood and trend boards, and product discovery through our retail partners.
Q: How does virtual try-on work?
Using your photos and the details you provide, our AI generates a realistic preview of how a garment will look on you before you buy it. It's designed to give you a genuine sense of fit and style — but as with all AI Output, it's for guidance and inspiration, not a guarantee. Always check sizing details with the retailer before purchasing.
Q: Is the AI styling advice always accurate?
Our AI recommendations are meant for guidance, inspiration and information — not as professional advice. Results, fit, and suitability will vary from person to person, and we can't guarantee that every recommendation will be perfect, available, or in stock with a retail partner.
Q: Can Glamify Me give me medical, dietary, or mental health advice?
No. Glamify Me does not provide medical, dietary, body image, mental health, financial or legal advice. If you have any concerns in these areas, please speak to a qualified professional. Our AI styling guidance is there to help with style choices — not as a substitute for trying on clothes or making your own judgement calls.
Q: How do I know if something was made by AI?
Anything generated by our AI features will be clearly identified as AI-generated within the app. If you're in the EU, you have additional rights around automated decision-making and AI content — see the EU section of our Terms & Conditions for more detail.
Q: What are 'beta' or 'experimental' features?
From time to time we test new features before they're fully released. These are offered "as is", might be changed or removed without notice, and don't come with the same service guarantees as our core features.
Photos, uploads and your content
Q: Who owns the photos and content I upload?
You do. Uploading your photos, measurements or preferences doesn't transfer ownership to us. We do need a licence to host, store and process your content so we can actually provide the service to you — but you remain the owner.
Q: Will my photos be used to train Glamify Me's AI?
Only where this is permitted by our Privacy Notice and applicable law, and where required, only with your consent. You can manage your preferences for this in your account settings where available.
Q: Can I upload photos of other people?
Only with their informed consent. You must not upload photos or videos of someone else without their permission, and if that person is under 18, you'll also need a parent or guardian's consent. This matters — we take it seriously.
Q: Can I upload designer, runway, or unreleased collection images?
No. You must not upload confidential, embargoed, leaked, or unreleased designer, runway or collection material that you're not authorised to use or share. This protects designers' and brands' rights and protects you from the consequences of infringing them.
Q: What kind of content is not allowed?
Content must not be unlawful, defamatory, misleading, discriminatory, abusive, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable. It also must not promote self-harm, eating disorders, or other harmful behaviours, or depict someone in an intimate, sexualised, humiliating or inappropriate way without their consent. We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach this.
Subscriptions and payments
Q: Does Glamify Me have a free version?
Yes. The app includes free features as well as paid subscription tiers. Pricing, billing frequency and any free trial details are shown in the app and on our website before you purchase.
Q: How do subscriptions renew?
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price in effect at the time, unless you cancel beforehand. You can cancel any time — through your app store account settings if you subscribed via the App Store or Google Play, or in your Glamify Me account if you subscribed directly with us.
Q: What happens if I don't cancel my free trial?
If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you'll be charged the rate shown when you signed up.
Q: Will I be told before prices change?
Yes. We'll give you advance written notice of any price change that affects you, and where the law requires it, the opportunity to cancel before the new price applies.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
It depends on how you subscribed. Follow the steps below for your device, or email
support@glamifyme.com if you subscribed directly with us.
If you subscribed on an iPhone (App Store):
- Open Settings.
- Tap your Apple ID (your name) at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select Glamify.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
If you subscribed on Android (Google Play):
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Tap your profile icon.
- Go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select Glamify.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.
If you're in California, New York or certain other US states, a one-click cancellation option is also available directly in your Glamify Me account.
Q: Can I get a refund?
Outside of any legal cancellation rights (see below), refunds are at our discretion. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, refunds are handled by those platforms directly.
Your cancellation rights, by region
Q: I'm in the UK — what are my cancellation rights?
If you purchase a subscription directly from us, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel without giving a reason. Using the service during that 14 days may mean you lose your right to a full refund and could be charged for the value of what you've used up to the point of cancellation. You also have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other UK consumer law that nothing in our Terms can limit.
Q: I'm in the EU/EEA — what are my cancellation rights?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, without needing to give a reason, in line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. As with the UK, using the service during the withdrawal period may mean you lose this right once the service has been fully provided, and you may be charged proportionately. You can use the model withdrawal form referenced in our Terms, or simply tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw, by emailing
Q: I'm in the US — what are my cancellation rights?
We provide clear disclosures about automatic renewal at the point of purchase and in your account, including the price, billing frequency, and how to cancel — including a one-click cancellation option, in line with California, New York and other state laws. Nothing in our Terms limits your rights under US federal or state consumer protection law.
Privacy and your data
Q: How does Glamify Me handle my personal data?
In accordance with our Privacy Notice, which forms part of our Terms & Conditions. It explains in full what data we collect, why, the legal basis for processing it, how our AI features use automated decision-making, and how you can exercise your rights.
Q: Is Glamify Me available to under-18s anywhere?
No. The minimum age is 18 worldwide, with no exceptions by country. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18, and if we discover that we have, we'll take appropriate steps including deleting that data.
Q: Who do I contact about a data protection question?
UK/EU users: dpo@glamifyme.com. US users: privacy@glamifyme.com.
Shopping through Glamify Me
Q: If I buy something through Glamify Me, who am I buying from?
When you follow a link to one of our retail (Affiliate) partners and make a purchase, you're buying directly from that retailer under their own terms. Glamify Me isn't the seller and isn't a party to that sale.
Q: Does Glamify Me make money from these links?
We may receive a commission when you buy through a partner link. This never changes the price you pay, and we aim to recommend products based on relevance and fit for you — not purely on commission.
Q: What if there's a problem with something I bought — wrong size, faulty item, late delivery?
Returns, refunds, faulty goods, and delivery issues are matters between you and the retailer, not Glamify Me. We're happy to help point you in the right direction, but we don't have control over our retail partners' products or services.
Account, safety and reporting
Q: I think someone has accessed my account without permission — what should I do?
Contact us immediately at
Q: How do I report content that infringes my rights or someone else's?
It depends where you are and what kind of complaint it is:
- US copyright (DMCA) complaints: dmca@glamifyme.com
- EU illegal content notices (Digital Services Act): notices@glamifyme.com
- UK and other jurisdictions: legal@glamifyme.com
We review all credible notices and may remove or restrict content where appropriate.
Q: Can Glamify Me close my account?
We may suspend or close your account, normally with reasonable notice. We may act without notice if you've seriously or repeatedly broken our Terms, if we're required to by law, or if continuing to provide the service would put us, the app, or other users at risk.
Q: What happens to my data if I close my account?
Your right to use the service ends. Any subscription fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires it. Some provisions of our Terms — including those covering intellectual property, liability and dispute resolution — continue to apply even after your account is closed.
Complaints and disputes
Q: I have a complaint — what's the process?
Email us at
.We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and give you a full response within 28 days.
Q: What if I'm not happy with the outcome?
If you're in the UK, you can refer the dispute to a certified UK alternative dispute resolution body — we'll tell you which scheme applies. If you're in the EU/EEA, you can contact your national consumer protection authority or the European Consumer Centres Network (eccnet.eu). If you're in the US, you retain all rights available to you under federal and state consumer protection law.
Joining the Glamify Me beta
Q: Why should I join the Glamify Me beta?
This is your opportunity to be part of something from the very beginning. You’ll get early access to Glamify Me, help shape the future of fashion experiences through your feedback, and unlock exclusive benefits — including lifetime access and the opportunity to be considered for future internships.
Q: How long does the beta programme last?
The Glamify Me beta runs for three weeks, from 24 July to 21 August 2026. During that time you’ll have access to the full MVP feature set and we’ll be actively gathering your feedback to shape what comes next.
Q: What happens after I submit my application?
Once you’ve submitted your application form, our team will review it and be in touch to let you know if you’ve been selected. If you’re accepted, you’ll receive everything you need to get started, including details of your onboarding — which takes place in person in London, or virtually if you’re joining remotely.
Q: How much time will I need to commit?
We ask for at least half an hour a day across the three weeks of the beta — enough time to explore the app’s features properly and give us meaningful feedback. You’ll also need to attend or join your onboarding session at the start. Beyond that, the more you put in, the more you’ll get out of it.
Q: What do beta participants receive?
Beta participants get exclusive benefits as early contributors to Glamify Me:
- Early access — be the first to explore new features and experiences before they’re available to the public
- Shape the product — your feedback will directly influence how Glamify Me evolves and what comes next
- Lifetime access — beta participants may be eligible for exclusive lifetime benefits unavailable after launch
- Internship opportunities — exceptional contributors may be considered for future internship and collaboration opportunities with the Glamify Me team
Q: Do I need fashion experience to join?
No — and that’s by design. The beta is open to two types of participant, and we’re actively looking for both:
- Creators — fashion designers, stylists, and fashion influencers who bring a professional or creative perspective on style and the industry
- Everyday Users — people who love fashion but don’t work in it. No design background, no following required. If you have a genuine interest in how you dress and want to explore AI styling for the first time, this is for you
Whether you’re a seasoned stylist or someone who has never thought about fashion technology before, your perspective matters to us.
